My days begin somewhere between the baby crying and the alarm buzzing at 5 a.m. Either way, I’m up.
First thing? Nappy change. Coffee. Multiple cups. Brain fog is the norm, so coffee doesn’t fix it, it just softens the edges.
Then I check Slack (server alerts), emails (client updates), and support tickets. If I’m mentally present enough, I tackle the most urgent ones on my laptop.
By 6:30 a.m., my daughter’s up. This is when we go into full-blown parent mode:
